How to add a purchase transaction

From your business dashboard, click on “Transactions” on the left, then click on “Add a New Transaction” on the right side. From there, choose “Purchases” to add a new purchase transaction then click “Next”.

On the next page, enter the property address in an auto-complete manner, and upload a cover photo (make sure to click on “Start upload” after choosing a file from the local computer). Enter the buyers’ and sellers’ names.

Next, you can enter several standard contingencies with dates and times. These will show up on the app for your clients.

The rest of the tabs (Activity, Members, Documents, Chats, Calendar) are common to the other two transaction types (Listings and Mortgages).
